I am a unit owner at The Clover Thonglor, where I help my fellow landlord neighbors rent out their properties. My professional background includes serving as a university professor, general manager of my family’s assets (houses, condos, land, stocks and funds) since 2010, investment committee member for a provident fund, and land acquisition/analysis consultant for property developers.
In 2024, following the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to take early retirement while continuing to actively manage only my parents’ assets and mine. With my newfound availability, I began assisting my neighbors with their rental properties between September and October 2025. I’ve been enjoying this new experience. Nevertheless, I’m not a real estate agent, so please be kind and treat me the way you want to be treated.
About theclover.me, I created it to showcase/share information of The Clover Thonglor Residence. During a three-month period, I took many beautiful photos of scenery and facilities, which inspired me to build this website for me and my neighbors. ผมเป็นเจ้าของห้องใน The Clover และช่วยพี่ๆเพื่อนบ้านปล่อยเช่าห้อง โดยใช้ประสบการณ์การทำงานของผม คือ อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัย ผู้จัดการทั่วไปดูแลทรัพย์สินของผม พ่อแม่ และญาติๆ (บ้าน คอนโด ที่ดิน หุ้น และกองทุน) ตั้งแต่ 2553, กรรมการลงทุนของกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ และที่ปรึกษาด้านจัดหา/วิเคราะห์ที่ดินให้กับนักพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์
ในปี 2567 หลังจากสถานการณ์โควิด-19 ผมตัดสินใจเกษียณก่อนกำหนด แต่ยังบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินของผมและพ่อแม่ เนื่องจากผมมีเวลาว่าง เลยเข้ามาช่วยพี่ๆปล่อยเช่า ในเดือนสิงหาคมถึงตุลาคม 2568 และสนุกกับประสบการณ์ใหม่มาก ทั้งกระนั้น ปกติผมไม่ได้เป็นเอเจ้นท์ให้คนอื่น ขอให้พี่ๆใจดีและปฎิบัติกับผมอย่างที่พี่ๆอยากได้รับด้วยครับ
